We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.
In this role, you will:
1 .Perform accurate and efficient counter transactions and to offer a high standard of courteous and professional service to customers;
2. Report customer feedback and collect market intelligence in order to seek continuous improvement in customer service;
3.Be familiar with local rules and regulation and internal guidelines and always keep alert for any suspicious Money Laundry activity and do report to superior;
4. To provide quality and efficient business support in respect of security documents handling, loan drawdown documents checking and other corporate lending related activities to facility customers.
5. To handle daily Corporate Loan transactions, and POC/ICC issuance and document filings of home mortgage loan.
6. To accomplish periodic returns/reporting and ad-hoc survey and ensure the accuracy and punctuality of submission according to relevant requirements and local regulators. To input/report daily transactions to various regulatory system, including but not limit to PBOC Credit Information System, AML, RCFE and UPRR, etc.
7. To ensure due observance of all levels of HSBC Global Standards, and compliance policies, and maintain awareness of compliance/operation risk and minimize the likelihood of it occurring.
8. To give extra contribution to department except BAU such as simplify work flow etc.
9. To complete extra work assigned by supervisor.
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
1. Customer service mindset
2. Good communication and coordination skills
3. Experienced in identifying and handling counterfeit notes
